70th Birthday Surprise!

I am so happy to be able to share highlights from this great extended family session! Brian and Kat contacted me to photograph Kat and her two brothers families as a surprise for their mother's 70th Birthday!! Joanne just had her birthday celebration yesterday and has now seen all these wonderful pictures so I can share some of my favorites! We met up at Winslow Park in Freeport just a few weeks ago at the tail end of Fall. We waited out rain, sleet and I think some snow before we headed out. We ended up with the last of some great fall colors and some pretty evening light to play in. It was so special to see all three of these families with their own kids and to see how important it was to capture everyone together. I loved watching each family enjoy the time together along with cousins, brothers, sisters and some incredibly cute babies! There was a lot of laughing, running around, trying to keep warm and making sure we got some amazing pictures for this great gift. I am so happy to have been asked to capture these great families together! Happy 70th Birthday Joanne!!!
