The "D" family and grandpa Charlie ~ Maine Family Photographer ~Patience Cleveland Photography

I can't even put into words the love that I felt throughout this session! It was so wonderful to meet Kelly, Joe, their 3 awesome teenagers and of course Grandpa Charlie. When I first talked to Kelly about this session she told me that her father had been waiting to do family pictures with them for over 10 years! She told me that he is very close with her and the kids and you could tell that the kids just adored him and the feeling was beyond mutual. We went up to Winslow Park in Freeport which has so many great options. It was a little windy so we had the place to ourselves but the wind didn't stop the silliness, the love and enjoyment this whole family shared with each other! I could have blogged their whole session but I tried to keep in under 40 images!! This session and these images are why it is so important to have your family photographed especially with grandparents!! Enjoy
